How do I place order?
Simply complete the Order Form or send an email to orders@earousal.com.

What if I receive an error message after submitting the Order Form?
Most of the time, we would have received your order despite the error message. However
if you do not hear from us within 1 working day, please send an email to
orders@earousal.com.  

How do I know whether you have received my order?
We will follow up with an email confirming the item(s), size preferred, total amount payable
and postage fee (if applicable).

May I amend my order after submission of the Order Form?
No problem as we understand that customers may be concerned about the size, cutting and
fabric following our clarification in the email and wish to change their order.  

May I cancel my order?
No problem so long as you inform us before we post the item. We will refund the amount
strictly by ATM transfer. For payment made via PayPal, we will refund the amount less the
commission charges imposed on us by Paypal.

Do you have a printed catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog. All product information is online. This will keep our costs
low and we can pass the cost-savings back to our customers.

I'm overseas. How do I order?
Simply complete the Order Form or send an email to orders@earousal.com. Please
indicate your address so that we can advise the postage fee to your country. Our email will
state the total amount payable including postage fee. We will bill you a separate invoice
using
PayPal.

May I reserve more than 1 item?
No problem but the items will only be reserved for 3 working days after which they will be
automatically released for sale. Please make payment within the stipulated time to ensure
prompt processing and delivery.

I wish to back order an item. Possible?
Thank you for your interest and support but we regret that we do not accept back orders.
