How do I pay for my online purchase?
We accept payment by ATM or internet banking transfer and credit card payment by
PayPal. We also accept cash payment if customers choose to collect their orders personally
at our store.

May I make payment first and collect my orders at your store?
No problem! Just send an email to service@earousal.com to inform us of your preferred
date and time of collection.

Do you accept NETS or credit card at your store?
Only cash is accepted at the store.

Do I incur extra charges if I choose to pay by PayPal?
No extra charges.

May I pay by cheque?
We accept cash cheque which is crossed. The order will be posted once the cheque is
cleared.

Any discount?
We provide 10% discount for purchases exceeding S$ 100.00. However we do have
special promotions at interval offering items at fabulous discounts.

Any discount if I visit your store personally instead of buying the items online?
Prices are the same and the usual discount applies. Our store serves as an outlet for
customers wishing to:

- make last minute purchase
- collect the order instead of receiving the package by post
- collect and bring the item straight to the dating venue to surprise their loved one
- confirm the size suitability before making the purchase
- view and/ or try on latest arrivals before these are listed on the website
- have total privacy when shopping for lingerie for their wife
- have private, cosy and fun experience shopping for lingerie with girlfriends

I'm overseas. How do I make payment?
For overseas customers, we accept payment via PayPal only.
