Are my orders shipped by courier services?
Orders are delivered using Singapore Post services.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are posted within 1 working day upon confirmation of payment (please note that this
does not mean the item will reach you within 1 working day upon payment confirmation).

How long does the delivery take?
According to Singapore Post delivery standard, orders will be delivered to your mailbox
within 1 and 2 working days for normal and registered post respectively.

Do I pay for the postage?
Local postage is absorbed by us. We provide free registered postage if your nett purchase
amount exceeds S$ 50.00.

May I opt for registered postage if my purchase amount falls below S$ 50.00?
No problem but an additional S$ 2.24 registered postage fee is payable.

I have not received my order. What shall I do?
Please allow 1 to 2 more days for peak season like Christmas. Please send an email to
service@earousal.com if you have not received your order by the 4th day. We will send an
enquiry email to Singapore Post to check on the whereabouts of the package.

May I request a specific delivery time?
Our apologies, this is beyond our control.

I'm overseas. How long will it take for the package to reach my country?
All overseas orders will be sent by registered post. Please click here for Singapore Post
delivery standards.

How is the packaging like? Discreet?
Your order will be enclosed in an opaque envelope. Neither the content  nor our business
name is indicated on the envelope. Opaque bubble-lined envelope is provided as and when
necessary.

Can I do a local pickup?
No problem! Please send an email to service@earousal.com informing us of the date and
time of collection.
