What size does 'One Size' fit?
One Size items usually fit S to L and are very stretchable. If you are XL, you may wish to
consider our 'Queen Size' or specific size items in the Plus Lingerie range. However, there
are cases where One Size / Queen Size items fit otherwise. Please read carefully if there is a
'Note' inserted under the item description.

My measurements seem to fall between the sizes according to your size chart.
The size chart is meant as a guide only. Due to different design, cutting and the fabric used,
lingerie from the same manufacturer may not adhere strictly to its size chart. It will be best to
provide your measurements to us and we will do our best to advise accordingly.

The size chart mentions A to B cup but under the item description, the item seems
to fit otherwise. Which should I follow?
The 'Note' that we insert under the item description stems from our inspection of the
lingerie. It is there for the purpose of providing a truer and clearer description of the item. If
you are still in doubt, we welcome you to send us an email for clarification. Please send

What happens if I received and found the item to be defective?
If the item is defective, please send an email to service@earousal.com to arrange for the
date and time of exchange at our store.

The lingerie does not fit. May I exchange for a different size?
No problem provided the item has not been worn (except for fitting), used or soiled in any
way. Original packaging and tags must be intact. Please send an email within 3 working
days from the date of receipt to service@earousal.com to arrange for the date and time of
exchange at our store. For the courtesy of our customers, please try on all items over your
intimate garments.

I can't select the size or colour when I use PayPal.
No worries, when we are notified of your purchase, we will follow up with an email to
confirm the size and colour you prefer.
