ORDERS Orders may be placed with us through the Order Form, Contact Us or email to orders@earousal.com for interbank transfer payment. You may place your orders via PayPal if you wish to make payment by credit card. The currency for the transaction is in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Information Required to Process Your Orders For orders through the Order Form, Contact Us or orders@earousal.com Personal particulars: Name, email, contact number (optional) and address for shipping Description of product: Product name, size and colour (if applicable) Type of payment and delivery method and whether gift-wrapping service is required For orders through PayPal Please get your credit card details ready and click on the 'Add to Cart' button found on the desired product description page. The product will be added to your shopping cart (product can also be removed later). You have the option of continuing shopping for other products or checking out for payment. At the 'Check Out' page, please enter your name and address for shipping. Orders from Overseas We can make special arrangements for overseas orders. Please send your orders to orders@earousal.com. We will confirm the total charges including shipping fees by email. Thereafter, payment can be made online by credit card or transfer via the PayPal Email Payment. Important Notes Please do not send duplicate orders. Orders may not be changed or cancelled once our confirmation email has been sent. We will inform you if the product/ size/ colour is not available. The products will be reserved for 3 working days during which payment is to be made.
