Thank you for visiting eArousal.Com! By using this website and/ or placing orders with us,
you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions set forth herein. We may from time to time
change the terms and conditions stated in this page that govern your use of this website.

Warranty of Our Products
All products are sold as novelties and in excellent condition for sale.

Price
All our prices are nett and stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Prices of our products are subject to change with or without prior notice.
No discount will be given unless otherwise stated.

Discounts
10% discount for lingerie above S$100.00 in a single order (for regular-priced items only).

Confirmation of Orders
eArousal.Com will send a confirmation email within 1 working day from the date of successful Order
Form submission. We reserve the right to accept or reject all orders.

Cancellation of Orders
eArousal.Com will not entertain any request to cancel orders once the orders have been posted.

Payment
eArousal.Com accepts cash payment upon self-collection of products at Artistic Boutique, payment via
funds transfer and credit card payment via PayPal.eArousal.Com will not know your credit card
information after the transaction has been made. You may wish to visit www.paypal.com for more
information.

Shipping
All products will be sent via Singapore Post.

The local standard postage is borne by eArousal.Com. An additional S$2.24 is payable if you wish the
products to be sent by registered post. Registered postage is waived if your purchase exceeds S$50.00.

Customers may also collect their purchase personally at Artistic Boutique. This is strictly by appointment
only. Please confirm the appointment by sending email to service@earousal.com.

Exchanges / Refunds
All sales transactions are final and goods sold are non-refundable. eArousal.Com takes pride in the
quality of our products and customer service. We ensure all our products are in excellent condition by
providing stringent checks on them before shipping. Products that are deemed sub-standard are
returned to our suppliers and will not be displayed for sale on our website.

However, if there are any manufacturing defects that escape our eyes, please email us within 1 working
day from the date of receipt of the products. eArousal.Com reserves the right to determine what
constitutes a defective product. Replacement of products will be considered on a case-by-case basis at
the sole discretion of eArousal.Com and subject to stock availability and may not be immediate.

Defective or incorrect-sized products may be exchanged, strictly by appointment only, at Artistic
Boutique within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the products. The defective product may
only be exchanged for the same design. If there is no stock, we welcome customers to exchange for
different designs that are of the same or higher value. Customers will have to top up the difference in
value for exchange for a higher-value product. No cash will be refunded.

Liability
eArousal.Com is not responsible for:
Products that are lost or damaged during delivery by Singapore Post or other delivery agents.
Any damage to the products in the course of usage by customers.
Loss of products that are posted to Artistic Boutique for exchange.

Disclaimer
Information relating to the products, product description, pricing and availability may from time to time
be obsolete or contains inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions. eArousal.Com reserves the
right to correct the above-mentioned erroneous information without prior notice (including after
submission of orders).

While eArousal.Com puts in the best efforts to display the colours of our products as accurately as
possible on the website, we do not guarantee that the colour you see is the exact colour of the products
due to photo resolution, quality, PC settings and the monitor you use.

Indemnification
You have agreed to defend, indemnify and hold eArousal.Com harmless from and against any claims,
damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to your direct or indirect
use of this website.
